Curated by Jeff Khan and Tamara Marwood, Come on the Scene features multimedia, sculpture, printmaking, performance, textile and installation works that examine relationships, identity, communication, mythology and popular culture. These 17 dynamic works provide a fresh perspective on regional Australia and the role of art in fostering a new sense of community and connectedness. |

National Exhibitions Touring Scheme (NETS) Victoria is supported by the Victorian Government through Arts Victoria and the Community Support Fund, by the Australian Government through the Australia Council, its arts funding and advisory body, and through the Visual Arts and Craft Strategy, an initiative of the Australian, State and Territory Governments, NETS Victoria also receives significant in-kind support from the National Gallery of Victoria. |
This exhibition is supported by Visions of Australia, an Australian Government program supporting touring exhibitions by providing funding assistance for the development and touring of Australian cultural material across Australia. |
