Artist Warren Bolger constructs “conceptual sculptural fashion” from sequins, beads and recycled materials.  Sometimes there is a very serious message underlying his garments, at other times this message is combined with humour and now and again we are presented with pure whimsy. Some fun frocks for the fashionista in us all.
